Unless you have a vault full of money, it doesn't make much sense to me to buy a new boat. There are plenty of ten year old dock queens that have hardly been used. Or, if you're adventurous like me, you can buy an old project boat for a song and then restore it the way you want it to be.

Tom also had a good point. Instead of listing it on Yachtworld with ten thousand other boats competing for a couple of hundred buyers, put it on Craig's List under apartments. You might get the attention of someone looking for something different.
