Mooring waiting lists are not too long, Rockport didn't even have one until 2 seasons ago.

Then Rockland is a great harbor and has mooring space available right now. Our fees look lower too. Dinghy space is plentiful except in Rockport but they're putting in a new dinghy dock next season. Regular dinghy space is pretty cheap around here, last I paid in Camden it was about 75 bucks a year, everybody with a mooring got the dinghy space they needed.
