All true. Obscure spots to store boats are cropping up inland.

After all, it's an easy way to make a little money on your property without doing anything. Many spots you can work on your own boat today. There are "barns" available inland where you can get a boat inside.
If you want to sail, you can do it in this part of Maine and most I've visited.
