- Maybe not by Connecticut standards...
- Not too onerous for the 1% with deep pockets

- You can anchor in Boot Key harbor? I thought that went the way of the Doodoo.
- Anchoring isn't allowed in either Southwest Harbor or Northeast Harbor

- land yachts (RV's) pay near $2000.00 per month for the same privileges there in Marathon...
