That's the sad point about Boot Key. A chunk of the boats are populated with "cruisers" living the dream.

They never go anywhere, work regular shifts at WalMart, Texaco or Bennies Bar and Dog Pound to pay the bar tab, and maintain a 1982 Chevy and their nasty habits.
