() use of the dinghy dock, a weekly pumpout and a parking space. It is steep for just the dinghy dock and the pumpout, but the parking space is certainly a big factor. I don't see a specific charge for anchoring out and not using the dinghy dock or parking. In contrast, the mooring rental fee is only $10 a night on a monthly basis which is cheap compared to Maine.
