() That organized every year to go out paint, roof, and do general yard maintenance to help the elderly or disadvantaged homeowners. This was done not just to help the homeowner, but also to help maintain the neighborhoods.
Seems that some of the derelict boats just need some serious elbow grease and minor matenaince to take them from eyesore to "okay,I can live with that".
There must be organizatons which could be brought together to good rather than just knocking people down all the while.
