Would make GREAT use of the parking space! LOL.

I will concede that on our two-week cruise, we do not hesitate to pick up a mooring and pay the fee. We are on vacation and it is a splurge. But if we were out cruising long term, we would be much less likely to want to pay for dockage/moorings and would much rather anchor out to stretch the cruising kitty. I strongly suspect we would not be alone in that regard.

And the parking space? For long-term cruisers who are highly unlikely to have a car with them? Laughable.
