Your boat's beautiful Ron. I'm hoping this shade won't show as much stuff, including salt crystals. That's a big problem in darker colors. Easiest would have been off white, and I was leaning that way until last summer when we anchored next to a sister boat that's white. The white looked so bland in comparison, Jan and I knew then we didn't want that.
I was tempted to just keep compounding and waxing but the gelcoat is too porous to hold a shine. This should help keep up the value and should be less maintenance.
