As you say, 55k in 79, looks like 250+ today to me(big builder/high production). I don't see how it would be possible to build a 30 to 35'er for the masses today, Steve. That cost ratio to median earnings is out of whack.
With the high cost of labor, unless some new method is conceived,... a manufacturing method analogous to the Croc?
