I MAY HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!
In Response To: Will check. Just removed exaust elbow. ()
The mixing elbow is completely plugged. I couldn't get my shop vac to blow through it; I couldn't pass water through it.
Engine can't run if it can't breath.
I will try to knock the stuff loose, but I suspect I will be buying a new elbow.
