Looks about right to me. Couple things I notice......idle curiosity.

I see the round bottoms on the drains....box core bit as opposed to a "constructed" channel or rabbeted which would be square inside?

Do your side drains, that is the ends of the of long seat tops, slope forward down as they do in FG molded boats these days?

On the glued miters I see, wonder how thick that wood is on those. If it's like 1/8" veneer or 1/2" or so like you're doing? I would spline thicker corners, easy peasy to do, helps with alignment and such.

I reckon I've seen so many trim boards on so many boats filling so many awkward spaces and places that I like them. It sorta feels naked to me if they're not there. On the other hand, saves a lot of work not to do too many of them. A lot of work.

When I did the Gougeon veneer teak deck on Passage I ran straight boards out to the deck edge and/or the cabin top which was covered with trim at both cabin sides and deck edge. I liked it so I guess I can't complain a bit. I had no cockpit lockers to mess with which was a blessing....
