Bought one while doing remodel work, found endless uses for it there. While commissioning Malaya and redoing here decks as various other projects found a use fou it every day. Usually on something that would have taken hours with a hand saw or someplace where I never would have been able to get a sawsall into.

Makes a very nice cut in very tight spaces with complete control, if you haven't used one you have no idea what your missing, worth every penny you spend for one, by far one of my favorite tools to have handy.
