I do know about Harbor Freight. Worst retailer, bar none, that I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with those pricks, again.
If you're looking for good quality relatively low priced tools, The folks are Northern Tool Company are superb to work with and their Northern Tool Brand tools are decent quality and decent value.
