However, few things take that long. My main complaint about it is that the ergonomics are a bit poor in that the most comfortable way to hold it tends to partly block the air vents. Now that I pay attention to not blocking the air vents I find it doesn't get as hot. I have had it for abiout 6 weeks and it runs fine.
