I went to Home Depot, and to my surprise, saw that they had a couple of items on the list that weren't listed on their online site. The prices were good as well - especially for the oscillating tool. So, I bought a Bosch Multi-X Cutting Kit (that's a 12V Litheon tool) and a Dreml 10.8 cordless kit. Both work, but that's as much as I can say now. By the time all was said and done, I used 3 gift cards and paid $40 more. Since I got the cards for "free" with points from my credit card (yes, I know that they weren't free - I'm an economist after all) I didn't really feel like I was spending (much) $ at all (luckily, this attitude doesn't carry over to credit card purchases).

Two items crossed off the list. I'll probably get a clamp-on ammeter and a infared thermometer before next season. Haven't decided on brands or models yet. I have a small hand-held vacuum and I'll either stick with that or get an inexpensive 1 gallon 12 V model.
