over the last few years. I am sailing much more on the Jet 14 we race then we ever did on our Kalik 30 as the Kalik can be a handful for the crew. We're even looking into buying a Holder 20 my 16 yo son has fallen in love with so we can eventually cycle out of the 30 (it is nice to stay on on weekends, but thats mostly what shes used for lately)and as you mention, maintenance, though I actually enjoy it, would be much less with the Holder (we started off on a Ranger 22 so I have a good sense of the potential shift down).
