I like our RIB and would somehow figure out how to put one on a 26 foot boat if we had one. Everyone we've met that have a soft bottom been out a long time bitch about their tender and end up getting rid of it in favor of something more robust. Cruising is different for everyone and to each his own. I just firmly believe that a good strong tender is extremely important.

Although big we don't have a water maker. Don't need one as we carry 350 gallons and catch rainwater.
