Spilled coffee/Pepsi syndrome

Everything was going just fine until the skipper spilled his hot coffee on his lap, jumped up due to the pain, and accidentally grabbed the wheel and took the yacht off 5 degrees in the wrong direction. By the time it was all cleaned up, it was too late.
It was all due to new crew on board and her really tight blouse...
But that will never go into the accident report... no, a CP glitch will be noted and extensive work will be done to install the next gen of CP/AP... for really no reason, but what the heck, when you've got a 2.7 M yacht, well, you need bigger screens on the CP, right?
