This is looking to me more and more like the health care plan. We have a group of scientists who are paid and supported by the gummit who would never ever lie to us. Reports are discovered that indicate numbers have been changed or omitted from reports. Mr. Gore, who is the biggest proponent of this stands to make a fortune from brokering carbon credits. It is just another example of the gummit trying to shove down our throats, something that may or may not be true, may or may not be better for us. When someone can explain to me how they know what the temp was a thousand years ago, or what caused the ice age, or what caused the ice to melt, then maybe I could buy into it. I have looked and asked and no one can convince me that they can tell what the temp was 1000 years ago. I know they can tell warmer or colder, but within a degree or two, which is what they are saying. Give me a break. Or explain it. I am not an engineer or a scientist, do not have a PHD. Just a plain ol ordinary guy. If you want me to buy into this, you have to do a much better job.
