You have too many slides.

About how many slides do you have? Most layouts I did for sailmakers involved removing a whole bunch of slides. A boat your size would have fourteen slides, give or take a few. Dutchman's track system uses external cars which measure 1 3/4" high, so 14 slides would be a stack about two feet high. A Strong Track with its internal track and smaller universal jointed slides would be even lower.

- I was always told the best way is to "roll" the sail like a sausage. It will extend the life. (I flake my main)
