Spectra is fine with a Dutchman

() It really doesn't show distress from the Dutchman that we're happy with. The problem with Spectra (expecially older sails) is that they tend of mildew. It doesn't affect the strength or shape -- but it looks like the sail is dirty.
We just order a new main and jib -- I just can't take the appearance issues. We're going with a 3DL 600 North sails.

- I was always told the best way is to "roll" the sail like a sausage. It will extend the life. (I flake my main)
