I have been fortunate and not had a capsize quite that bad...

() During a race this past summer, we were sailing a Sonar 23 in a pretty good breeze and I could not get the main sheet released when a big puff hit us. Dumped the boat over and filled the cockpit. That was my sailing excitement this year.

- I was always told the best way is to "roll" the sail like a sausage. It will extend the life. (I flake my main)
