I have to concede that weight and stowage were two of my biggest concerns and that the SUV motive kept creeping in trying to take over.

I want something light and easy to set up, and I believe an air floor with an inflatable keel is probably the best approach. (I have also talked to dock mates who quickly talked me out of a roll up floor by offering me rides... he has a few dinks).

Sounds like the light motor is also the best route... just enough umph to get around without being a burden.

With a small boat as mine, space is at a premium, so something that stores in the least amount of space is a goal for me.
