Spindrift is pretty nice

I built one last summer, used it all winter in the Bahamas, and it is on deck here in the Azores. Mine is the Spindrift 10, stretched to 11', with a sailing rig. Rows and tows great, goes well with 4 hp, and my one time out sailing was also nice. If you google it you will find the designer who is just off the ICW in NC, and I am pretty sure either on his web site or if you call him you can find several shops that build them.
Mine is foam core Kevlar because I don't know how to do things the easy way! I have a slightly different way of joining the two halves that is actually quite easy with them both in the water. So after anchoring, I just drop both halves in the water (one person can do it) jump in the stern half, join them, grab the oars and I am on the way to shore. Much faster than blowing up an inflatable and putting the motor on.
Can't find a picture right now, but there are plenty on the designer's website.
