The way I read that, it simply sounds like they're no longer gonna print large inventories of paper charts, that will only lie around retailers unsold... Sounds like a better use of resources, to me... And Print on Demand are superior anyway, as they include the most recent corrections....

Only real difference I can see, is that you may no longer be able to walk into a retailer, and walk out with a chart... Obtaining print-on-demand charts simply involves a bit more advance planning, is all...
