They are all grounded and grounded well. The idea there is to reduce the RF noise in an area to allow "quiet" tests to be done.

A Faraday cage is a type of screen room, but it is generally not grounded. It is isolated.

However I believe what we really want is a screen room, with the outside grounded... Thus any built up charges are dissipated vice held capacitivly.
