No I don't but I use the service. A 3' plotter isn't hard to find.

() But not cheap so print out charts, full size, won't be either. But you can print out pdfs any size. I think NOAA's idea is as much the better viewing of pdfs on screens, don't you? I send drawings in pdf and they open in Preview program. Easy to scan, move about, zoom in and out, and print.

- They'll soon offer PDFs files, great for printing. It's all the other "new stuff" that's making paper obsolete.
