The chances of you having both engines quit are almost nil. Another factor to consider.

BTW -- I didn't mention in the post above that my boat will lie beam-to-wind without sails up. That makes it very difficult to raise the main, maybe impossible in any but the lightest winds. So if the main isn't raised my only practical choices are to try to sail under genoa-only (not the best configuration if we need to sail to windward) or deploy anchor.
