the guy in the C&C 35? (I really don't remember) that powered past me in my dinghy on the way in to the NEH dinghy dock. He went all the way into the dinghy dock, discovered it to be a dead end, had to back and fill to get turned around and left the harbor. I hung out in my inflatable next to the Morris he was backing toward to act as a fender.
Personally, we almost always sail into our homeport of Freeport but I acknowledge we sail a dinghy compared to that yawl (with the decksweeper as Jon noted). I vote good seamanship. Just because I wouldn't be comfortable sailing through NEH on that boat doesn't make it unsafe for him to do so. There are probably people that think what we do is unsafe but I don't.
