First, no topping lift (the large roach would interfere with one) so the lazy jacks (and/or main halyard to boom-end when I leave the boat) hold the boom up when the main is down. Second, the main is loose-footed and the sail cover attaches to a slot in the boom beneath, so the lazy jacks go outside the sail cover and attach to the spreaders a good distance away from the mast, so they're not close to the sail except at the lower lee side. With no backstay, no topping lift and large roach full-batten main I'm not sure how a Dutchman would be deployed, but that complication is moot because I don't need one.
