A Strong Track (I had one on my Mistral) or the track system that Dutchman makes ( http://www.mvbinfo.com/track-lh-tsbrochure.php ). While on a dock, I've raised a mainsail on Hanse on a beam reach, plus the sail drops like a rock when you release the halyard. They both work great.
