Before we start, I am well aware that you can cruise ANY boat, indeed Capt. Voss did it in a dugout, The Dashews do it in BIG boats, but that does not make it OK for the masses.

I cruised in company with a couple who had a large 55+ racing boat they converted to a cruiser. They are no longer cruising, they always hated the boat in use.
