It sounds like you have what works for you and that too is key. I see on your website you say you're talking about Frugality and that works best for you guys. Didn't say if you have a watermaker. Not having one ties you to near by water sources or boat friends with one. You do have a holding plate I saw so you are not minimalist cruisers nor survival cruisers. But I will say if we put on our last boat (with a 19,000 lb displacement) what we have on this one with a 32k lb displacement we would have been seriously bogged down.

Your first video showed some dreamed of sailing days. Didn't look at the other as bandwidth cost where I'm currently at. Might when I'm in a more friendly wifi area. Sounds like a great trip and hope to see you somewhere down the line. Maybe when we get around to that side.
