sorry Paul, but the Explorer data is the Gold Standard for the Bahamas as far as I am concerned. I will not use Navionics data for the Bahamas. I've been on lots of boats in the last three years with Navionics data and it's unacceptable. I use C-Map with Explorer Data or the Mapmedia Charts with Explorer Data for the Bahamas. I also understand Garmin uses Explorer Data. I think it's too risky to use other than Explorer Data for the Bahamas. You won't convince me otherwise since it really boils down to Navionics not wanting to pay their price for their data.
