() But I wonder why cartographers don't take a lesson from surveyors. You have mtns along much of the coastal areas, mountain top and google Earth will put the land mostly where it should be. The soundings wouldn't be any different, just where the chart begins from.

- What's a GPS? All I need is a stick and a piece of string to do my navigating. '-)
- I use paper charts, verify position with GPS, and mark 1 eyeballs
