I have noted several areas in his most recent edition where the lat/long is incorrect, he has waypoints and routes directly on or over large reefs, and where land is not where it is supposed to be (the last has many examples - check it out with your radar sometime).

Our up-do-date electronic CMap charts, Maptech charts and paper charts also have similar errors and problems. A fellow cruiser's Garmin Bluecharts are also problematic here.

I consider all of these charts valuable aids to navigation and don't presume any of them are accurate enough to blindly follow.
