Al, if you want to share files between your Android tablet and PC on the same local network you can use a file management app. The only one I use is ES File Explorer. You can add your PC as a server in the App and then copy and paste files back and forth wirelessly. You just need to know the IP address of your PC or you can use the PC's name on the network. Also, I'm fairly sure all 10" Samsung tablets have GPS.

I have an HP printer that I use from my tablet. I had to install an HP app to get it to connect but after that it was pretty easy.
