True! Buying a boat to supply and apartment may look like a back door into cruising for some buyers.

We all know here, that's not the case! Buying a boat with a dwelling in mind isn't a front door into 'sailing', either. I think it is a curious-real situation these days. Boats in the used boat market chosen for living aboard may be the least likely candidates for doing either:cruising or sailing.

I don't think it's a bad trend from a housing standpoint:used boats are rotting away looking for buyers and everybody needs a place to live.

What I don't have knowledge of, is where are the locations to sustain these live-aboard boats? Is there more space being developed? I think that could work where as just setting an anchor for a street address will hurt all of sailing.
