You said, "I have enough equity in my So Cal home to buy a home outright in some other areas of the country, and enough savings to retire, if I don't pay a mortgage... so I'm thinking of retiring and moving."
And after the Sea come on out this way, BIG homes for under 300! MOST under 200.
Some how I DO NOT remember you as that old!
