As some marinas as well as most businesses suffer the downturn of this long recession, the new Front Street Shipyard going up in Belfast is already doing more business than they expected, and it's not even built yet!

The same seems to be happening here in town as Rockport Marine(a partner in the new marina above), looks as busy as it's ever been. Irene just added that much more work to a normally slow time of the season.
