It is true, the people of Belfast truly appreciate what FSS is doing, partly because of what an eyesore the old Stinson property had become, also because of the positive press and focus it is bringing to the city. It is a "city" in name only. Really just a the biggest town in Waldo county (pop- 6668). I know people that do a drive by or walk by everyday just to see what progress has been made..... after all Belfast has always been a ship building town....they are just going back to their roots.
