We all know who we are around here.

I think this is great for Belfast and I'm so glad the fit seems to work so well for both the business itself and the people that live there in Belfast area.

The businesses are owned mostly by good local people that want to do good for the community as well as benefit themselves from a potential world class boat building center.

There's not much waterfront left these days to do something like this.
