Apparently the municipalities out there on eastern LI all decided simultaneously to jack their rental mooring prices through the roof. I actually spoke with the mooring guy at Three Mile Harbor, East Hampton, and he explained why the fees are $85 in Three Mile and 80ish in Sag. Of course in Three Mile one would be nuts to pay anyone for a mooring since there is so much room to anchor and good holding.
