You've got to be kidding me ... what is the deal in NE ...

() $90 for a mooring ?!?! Does it come with call girls ? Please excuse my ignorance, it's been a long, long time since I've sailed in New England. I just read an article about a cruiser there that said he hadn't anchored in over two years. Why can't you anchor anywhere you want, are there laws against that kind of thing, what is the scoop ? thanks, cheers, John
