() We found dockage much cheaper down south back then. Prices like that have long ago left NE I'm afriad.
SF weather is certainly a less rainy place, especially lately compared to here. Plenty of wind too I'm told.
I don't find much correlation between mooring prices and amenities either. Popular location is the only thing that you can count on paying more for.
