Watch the video, and spend a little time with Dr. McDougall's site. Most of what we've learned in our past about healthy eating is wrong.

Even if you don't want to drop animal based (saturated) fats and proteins; If you have that info you'll probably decide to "reverse" your plate so the meat/fish becomes the side or complement to the healthy plant-based main food.
