a few shrimp last night. I love seafood too much, especially locally caught stuff. And meat can be great now and then, again, locally grown makes it even nicer. And the aroma of a roasting chicken filling the house on a winter night is sort of a primeval thing, I can't give that up.
But you're right moderation is a good idea, we're already at mostly plant based meals with the above as a part. I was able to bring both high cholesterol and borderline blood pressure down to good levels by a few easy adjustments in my diet. I'm lucky in that what I love to do for work keeps me pretty fit and my weight down.
