Unfortunately, the our truck uses 8 lug nuts and our trailer only 5. BUT, if I ever refit the trailer, I will move up. I was also thinking about spare fuel. But I was just thinking about using the same jerry jugs we use aboard, so I can just transfer to the truck or boat as needed.

I KNOW what you mean about the RV park. When we towed Guenevere from Georgia to the San Francisco Bay area, we stopped in a place called "Desert Center". Just pulled off into an unused parking space, went up and tried to sleep in the cockpit (it was very hot out). ALL NIGHT long we were woken up to people stopping to look and talking about what a boat was doing in this area.....
