Any thoughts on a composting toilet so you can forego some septic costs?

() In some places with stringent septic requirements, you can get away with a pretty inexpensive gray water field for sinks, washers, showers etc, as long as no soil lines are used. Around here, that can save 10s of thousands in some fragile areas.
I don't think geothermal in our area has come out of the sky high cost mode yet.

- Dave. 1/4 mile for hydro connection will cost 1/8th the amount alternative sourced supply and usage.
